  • What countries do you ship to and what are the shipping charges?
    We deliver to over 170 countries worldwide. Shipping prices vary depending on location, weight and the shipping option chosen by the client.
  • How long until my order is dispatched?
    We aim to dispatch all orders within three business days.
  • How will I know if my order has been received?
    After you have successfully placed your order through our website, you will receive a confirmation via email.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you your shipping details, confirmation, and your tracking number. With this information, you can use it to track your shipment on the courier's website.
  • What is your return policy?
    If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. ​ Please allow up to three business days for us to process your return or exchange. All returns shall be returned in its original packaging, new, unused, unworn, unaltered and undamaged. ​ We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. ​ Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
